Blackboard Culture Shift

I did different training and cultural activities to shift the cultural behavior around product design while building a product.

Opportunity


Product trio members: Product managers, developers, and designers needed clarity on the role of UX in the product creation process so they could use the different tools the field offers to build better products.

Solution


With my team, we mapped out and understood each one of our superpowers and how we can bring them to create great products. Then, we made a design keynote with multiple sessions to divulge all the benefits to include us in each part of the process.

Outcomes


The product creation process improved, and accessibility and usability consultations increased. People became aware of the importance of research and the design system and started to include them in all their flows.


Opportunity


Designers needed to be using the Figma tool more efficiently.

Solution


We created a workshop where designers could explore the tool’s boundaries and learn the basic concepts and principal functionalities that allow them to build fast and trustworthy prototypes in a fun space.

We use the design system as a supportive tool to make designing easy and fast.
